I would really love to subscribe, but I can't get anyone to answer my question -- how the hell do I pay? Plus the lapse in my original subs has really killed my interest. I thought the subs was supposed to either renew automatically, or generate an invoice so I can pay? At least send me a link. /.\ :[ Edit: 6 years later... looks like I'm not the only one having problems. I would still love to sub, but this is quite discouraging. I love the stories, but it seems difficult to get them delivered.

App broken on Samsung S20. Login claims to be successful, regardless of what credentials I use. I cannot get to my subscription, which I've had for 5 months. Cannot read or download anything, repeatedly asked for login credentials.

With the update came a new interface and it is utter useless. I have to close the app if I have chosen the wrong one to read. There's no way back to the main menu. 5 years on and no update! I now have to re-install it to be ale to even get into the app. Mostly it just stalls on loading. Still 1 star!

The new editions does not get downloaded automatically when they are released fortnightly. don't know how this works. everytime, I need to uninstall and reinstall the app. useless... Above comments were posted by me on 21/05/2019. Close to another year has passed and another yearly subscription paid, the issue still remains same! Appears that none from the admin actually have the urge to rectify the issue. Each uninstall/reinstalling of the app uses up 15 mbps data, asides to inconvenience.

I thought would bring back good childhood memories, but got adult robbery experience

The app is atrocious. Won't keep me logged in. Won't download new issues. Won't download older issues. Don't get suckered by this company.
